On Tuesday, October 14, manufacturers, speakers, and sponsors from across Kansas and Missouri gathered at the Lenexa Conference Center for the 2025 SWOT Summit for a full day dedicated to advancing the local and regional manufacturing industry through learning, networking, and collaboration.

On Tuesday, September 9, KCMN members and sponsors came together in Grandview for a morning of learning, networking, and a behind-the-scenes look at PRIER Products — a manufacturer with a proud history and an inspiring approach to growth.

More than 30 KCMN members attended the June meeting hosted at Holland Nameplate, where they were joined by several Holland employees for an informative and engaging look at the company’s operations and workforce strategies.

At the May KCMN meeting, members came together for an engaging conversation focused on the evolving landscape of workforce strategy. As employers continue to navigate a competitive labor market, the session centered on rethinking traditional approaches to recruiting and retaining top talent.
