KCMN's HR/Workforce Subgroup is a group of Human Resource practitioners in member manufacturing organizations who are dedicated to sharing best practices to become employers of choice.

The manufacturing skills gap continues to grow as experienced workers retire and technology and automation play increasingly larger roles in advanced manufacturing processes.  Partner with your peers to connect and learn what others are doing to combat this and other workforce challenges.

This subgroup meets bi-monthly either at a member company or virtually.  Members also have access to an online discussion board to ask questions and share experiences with other Human Resource professionals.
